As Financial Director, Will orchestrated the independent business sale of MSL (100+ employees/£10m revenue) to the Publicis Groupe. MSL subsequently grew to 200+ employees across the UK & Middle East.

As Part equity owner, he worked to CFO level, managing a finance team of 12. Key responsibilities included: optimised earnout consideration planning; acquisitions and integration; employee Incentive scheme planning and implementation; financial system implementations

Since then, Will has founded Londway, providing finance planning and management with successful startups and established companies in UK & Ireland.

Julie Bushnell – Commercial Financial Controller

Julie has over 20 years’ experience within the marcomms industry, 10 at a senior level. Julie is passionate about helping businesses achieve their goals, helping them craft their financial strategies by providing valuable insights to support decision making. Julie has played a pivotal role in helping grow and prepare businesses to acquisition and merger.

Julie has a unique blend of financial acumen, business insight and industry knowledge that she uses to build strong relationships with all departments. Julie enjoys demystifying finance for everyone and encouraging a positive finance culture.

Semira Kahsai – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Semira has over 9 years experience in financial planning, forecasting and management, and commercial reporting throughout UK & West Africa, including management of local and international finance teams (6+ employees). Semira has worked within independent agencies and media groups.

Semira has played a key role in strategic business planning, financial system implementations and employee incentive scheme planning - setup and implementation.

Lucia Hobart – Finance Assistant

Lucia has worked in the media industry for over 15 years and has extensive experience, initially working as an executive assistant and then transitioning to operations / finance.

Lucia played an integral part through an agency buyout and contributed to the successful global acquisition: collating financial information and presenting to all stakeholders; working with the IT team to integrate software systems.

Other key skills include: streamlining of operating overheads; improving efficiencies in agency process and team functions.

April Glace – Assistant Management Accountant

April has extensive experience within the retail industry and possesses a strong financial knowledge that she has gained during her career.

Driven by her passion to improve processes and drive efficiency, April is a solution-oriented thinker who consistently brings innovative ideas to the table. With her expertise, she is well-equipped to provide comprehensive financial support to businesses.

Nichola Murphy – Executive Assistant and Finance Support

Nichola has many years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant. Nichola supported the Director of an Estate Agency chain for 6 years before moving on to a role working in the hospitality industry where she worked for 13 years as an Executive Assistant to the Director.During this role she gained valuable expertise working as Financial Assistant.

This has allowed Nichola to transition perfectly into her hybrid role at Londway, not only as Will’s EA but also finance support for the finance team across it’s growing client base.
